“Supporting Staff: Mental Health Self-Care Post COVID”

Discussion Leader: Ebony Cray

 NCC, LAPC; OMEP USA President.

Ebony Cray is an Educator and Board Certified Associate Professional Counselor. She is the founder and Executive Director of World Advocates for Children and Families; an Education, Advocacy, Consulting, Training and Coaching organization. Ms. Cray is also the Director of a Federal Head Start program in Georgia, where she supervises and ensures the growth and development of nearly 140 children with the support of over 25 staff persons.

The pandemic has contributed to a surge in the request and need for therapy and mental health services. Ms. Cray believes that self-care is paramount to maintaining a healthy mental, physical and spiritual state.
